Master (Laurea Specialistica) in Computer Science
"Knowledge, Media and Data".

This Master has some compulsory courses, whos aim is:
- to teach about the  Web and about Information Systems
- to provide some complements on the  foundations of Computer Science
- to give a view to two areas that will be very important in the near future to be able to design innovative systems: automated reasoning  and  knowledge extraction.

The Master includes a number of optional courses that allow complementig the formation with knowledge about Speech Recognition , Video Processing, Computer Graphics and  Semantic Web

The final thesis can be done in the context of the research carried on at the Information and Communication Technologies Department , at the Graphitech research center, or in connection with local companies..
