Week 3 of the digital storytelling MOOC: Using Technology Tools to Build a Digital Story

We will go over the videos, and you will have time to start producing a video. While planning it, keep in mind these criteria

Final project >

Students are supposed to INDIVIDUALLY prepare a digital story relative to the theme of the project work.

It has to be in the form of a video, with images, narration, background music, and is suppose to last about two minutes (up to 5 is acceptable).

It could be ONE of many things, such as e.g. :

a sort of "advertisement" of the project,
a description the problem to be solved,
a narration of the development of the project or of a phase of it
a sort of journalistic report
a personal reflection on the project
...

Evaluation criteria will include technical soundness, originality, self-consistency of the narration.

Follow-up of yesterday's seminar:

take one hour to review the material, and write a short report indicating three highlights of the seminar. Please briefly discuss them, and indicate why you think they're interesting and/or important.

We will then take half an hour to read and discuss your essays.

Part 2.

We will continue with the work on the narration - you will work on finishing the assignment of Tuesday 24.

CHOOSE a the topic you will use for your digital story (may be included or not in the categories).
DESCRIBE the digital story you plan to create and include the following information in your description:
