The user interface.

The movie runs in a browser (some plug-ins are required, see the "What is needed" section). Slides are automatically updated at the right time.
The user can navigate using a time bar (markers on the time bar show the time at wich there are slide transitions), or by clicking on the slide titles on the right.
The user can also stop, resume or restart the movie, and choose among three different combinations: small slide and large video, medium size for both (as shown in the picture below), or large slide and small video.

The acquisition system

The acquisition system is based on a Mac laptop with Firewire port, a digital camera with audio in and a radio microphone system (microphone and receiver). The picture below shows a typical setting (the picture below shows a previous Windows version - no longer maintained - the Mac setting is quite similar).
